Perennial Real Estate Holdings is a Singapore-based real estate and healthcare company that has a portfolio of mixed-use developments, such as Capitol Singapore, CHIJMES, and AXA Tower.

The joint venture between Qingjian Realty and Perennial Real Estate Holdings is expected to deliver a high-quality and luxurious condominium project that will cater to the needs and preferences of home buyers and investors.
